It may be you want a large format print to use as a banner at a conference. What we will want to know is how long you need it to last, how it will be fixed in position, whether it will be in direct sunlight, how you will be transporting it and all the other things that go with delivering you a total solution. It may be a simple print is all you need but you might also need to include appropriate finishing such as UV resistant lamination, reinforced eyelets and sturdy tubes to avoid damage in transit.

For colour printing, we may need to know that your output is to be included with other material already printed using a different format. If that is the case, maybe we need to work with you and your files to ensure a good colour match with the existing material rather than just printing the file in the form you originally supply it.

If your black & white printing needs are very high volume and required in a very limited time frame, maybe we need to use our Virtual Private Network to link equipment in our various locations to increase printing speed exponentially while maintaining quality control.

While we can print plans from your files in the colours you specify, it may suit your needs best for us to also automatically fold them to the finished size you need to go into a presentation folder.

The finishing services you need might include drilling holes for binders or laminating prints. We may need to know the total quantity of material going into the binder and how far the holes will therefore need to be indented. Or we may need to know how the laminated print is to be used so we can recommend the most appropriate material to use in the lamination.

If you have regular amounts of high volume printing or need capacity to print urgent jobs in house, it may be the best solution we can offer is to locate equipment in your own premises using our facilities management service. Having equipment kept up to date and operated by skilled people may be the best solution for your particular needs.
